Schedule B

"Schedule B" as shown on a title insurance policy commitment, is usually broken down into two parts: Part 1- which is a list of requirements that must be met for the policy to hold, and Part 2- which gives a list of exceptions to the title policy, like easements, rights of way, covenants and restrictions, and anything else that could affect ownership of the property being insured.
