Land Division Review

This typically refers to the review process undertaken by the planning department of a city or county jurisdiction. The surveyor submits a survey plat representing the owner/ developer's desire to divide land in some way and the authority will review it for compliance with building code regulations. They can then review it, recommend revisions, approve it, or reject it.
